Rent in Scotland was created by David Wheater LLB(Hons),DipLP in September, 2009. David is a landlord with a passion for developing and letting property and set up the site to be a source of valuable information for both tenants and landlords in Scotland and to act us a hub for the exchange of information, ideas and views amongst everyone involved in the renting scene in Scotland.
